External Steel Fire Exit Doors
This range of external steel doors is available in a wide range of sizes, manufactured in the UK. Sizes range from 690mm – 1340mm for wide single doors and wide double doors are 1000mm – 2600mm, all built with security in mind.
Each door comes with a protection astragal formed flush as part of the outside face of the door leaf, ensuring the doors perform consistently in terms of security and function. In the event of an attack upon the door, the frame (or on our double doors the inactive leaf) has a step in its edge to ensure the astragal sits flush. Unlike other doors on the market that have no astragal or joggled astragals.
Doors are also hung on four stainless steel hinges, complete with dog bolts and four fixing points per side, sitting behind the door leaf. This ensures the doors are protected whether they are fitted as inward or outward opening.
Security Doors (TUFF-DOR)
‘TUFF-DOR’ is a fully certified LPS 1175 security door set, designed to offer an enhanced level of security for premises requiring a higher level of protection than offered by a basic steel hinged door set.
The doors are specially constructed to individual project requirements and each door has internal reinforcements designed to resist sustained attack from a wide range of tools.
With a broad range of high end hardware systems on offer, the doors are available in both single and double configurations up to 2500mm X 2600mm.
Available as locking or escape versions and a limited range of vision panel options are available.
Our fully louvred steel doors are suitable for plant rooms, boiler rooms etc where continuous airflow is required to ventilate machinery, vegetation etc.
Louvred doors are used to ventilate plant areas but also offer protection against machinery otherwise open to potential vandalism.
Louvred steel doors are stronger than traditional lightweight aluminium louvres and can be used with side and over panels.
Another application for our louvred doors is in refuse areas, allowing air to circulate in from the bottom and allowing foul odours and potential dangerous fumes to escape.
In addition to our fully louvred steel doors, we are able to fit louvre panels into our standard flush door sets.
